Percutaneous "disc" disease treatment.

It is almost 60 years since first surgical removal of prolapted disc. From this time the surgeons try to decrease intraoperative trauma. In this way some percutaneous methods of treatment, like chemonucleolysis and nucleotomy, were involved. Deciding one of these method, we need to keep in mind, that accurate up-to-date diagnostic (CT even NMR) is necessary and that described methods are rather for protruded than for prolapted disc. We should remember that using these techniques many serious complications and side-effects may occur.
