Compared to normals, cholestatic rats showed a decrease of 31% for p-nitrophenol glucuronidation; salicylic acid glucuronidation increased 281%; acetaminophen glucuronidation increased 38% while morphine, chloramphenicol and lorazepam values were similar to controls.
