According to the author epithelial-proliferation which not only appears alarming at this stage but is also on the edge of malignancy is quite frequent at this age. However, based on thorough follow-up examinations he warns of too quick and unfavourable judgement regarding epithelial-proliferation as none of the 119 cases cited have become malignant through the years observed.
