摘要
扩展颅骨切除术治疗148例+/- 4个月大的双侧小骨缝闭婴儿。术中颅内压小于180 mm H2O者6例,180 ~ 200者1例,大于200者7例。术后18 +/- 10个月出现精神运动迟缓等临床症状4例,术前11例。除1例外,有明显的神经头盖骨重塑和手术部位几乎完全骨化。
