摘要
患者41岁，腹部巨大肿瘤，其形态、大小和位置与卵巢大肿瘤相对应，突然出现急腹症。急诊剖腹探查发现右侧肾上腺神经节神经鞘瘤，大小13 X 18 X 20 cm，重5.5 kg。肿瘤全部切除了。术后疗程正常。六个月后的随访检查结果也是如此。
