The analysis of the endometrium of 1,000 sterile women.

The endometrium of 1,000 sterile women were histologically evaluated, by premenstrual or menstrual biopsy or curettage. Nearly 20% showed corporal or cervical polyps. The intrauterine intervention is also of therapeutic value.
