Simple adaptation of Müller's muscle to the tarsal plate in congenital blepharoptosis. A preliminary report.
Five patients with congenital blepharoptosis have undergone a simple adaptation of Müller's muscle to the tarsal plate. In two patients this led to a good postoperative result, in one to an over-correction, while two were not corrected enough.
