Herein, polyacrylonitrile/isophorone diisocyanate/aminosilicone oil (PAN/IPDI/ASO) nanofibrous membranes were prepared by electrospinning and coated with a fluorine-free hydrophobic coating. The obtained composite membranes exhibited excellent comprehensive properties with a hydrostatic pressure of 64.4 kPa, a water vapor permeability (WVP) of 6.4 kg·m<sup>–2</sup>·d<sup>–1</sup>, and a tensile strength of 11.6 MPa. Moreover, the PAN/IPDI-1/ASO-2 nanofibrous membranes maintained their water repellency and mechanical property under strong acidic and alkaline conditions and remained hydrophobic even after 60 abrasion cycles and 30 min of water ultrasonic cleaning.
