A New Bisamide from Piper longum and its Molecular Docking Study with Akt
A new alkaloid, dipiperamide H (1) and a known alkaloid, dipiperamide F (2), were isolated from the fruits of Piper longum L.. The chemical structures of these compounds were identified by extensive spectroscopic analyses. Furthermore, the molecular docking results indicate that compound 1 may act as an anti-inflammatory inhibitor.
