This review systematically summarized pyrazole as a prevalent active fragment in the exploration of novel herbicides, focusing on its structural properties. Moreover, this work has primarily analyzed the herbicidal activity of pyrazole compounds, discussed the structure–activity relationships, and explored structure-based drug design strategies and mechanisms of action.
