Data were collected from 258 participants who completed VR-based OHS training between February and June 2024. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted, along with internal consistency checks using Cronbach's alpha.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The scale explained 70.657% of the total variance.
