Controllable mechanochromic responses in fluorescent elastomers via perylene bisimide aggregation engineering
This study presents an aggregation-engineering strategy to create tunable, reversible mechanochromic elastomers by doping carboxylated perylene bisimides (PBI) into polyurethane elastomers (TPUs).
