Heterocycles quinoline compounds have shown a wide spectrum of pharmacological activities that have been successfully screened for anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antimalarial, and antibacterial potency. Due to the biological and pharmacological activities of quinoline and their derivatives, several different strategies have been developed for the synthesis of the ring.
