Several new articles reported resonance energies of this nuclide, studied using radioactive beams, like <sup>24</sup>O,<sup>27</sup>Ne, <sup>26</sup>F, etc. These results have been included in this evaluation.</div><div>Due to the lack of direct experimental evidence, a tentative (5/2<sup>+</sup>) assignment for the ground state and no spin-parity assignments for the known excited states of <sup>25</sup>Si has been adopted in the present evaluation.</div><div>In the absence of experimental evidence, tentative (1/2<sup>+</sup>) assignment has been adopted for the ground state of <sup>25</sup>P.
