Postoperatively, the patient recovered well and subsequently underwent chemotherapy and targeted therapy without complications.</div></div><div><h3>Conclusion</h3><div>Ovarian cancer metastasis to the central tendon of the diaphragm can involve the pericardium, requiring complex and high-risk surgery.
