This study aimed to evaluate the effects of a Family Nursing Intervention (FNI) on the suffering of parents of children with cancer.</p><p><strong>Materials and methods: </strong>This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a sample of 42 parents of children with cancer. The experimental group participated in a four-week FNI program with weekly 90-minute sessions, while the control group received only routine care. 摘要
背景：儿童癌症常常给父母带来巨大的痛苦。本研究旨在评估家庭护理干预（FNI）对癌症患儿父母痛苦的影响。材料与方法：本研究采用准实验设计，样本为42名癌症患儿的父母。实验组参加为期四周的FNI计划，每周90分钟的会议，而对照组只接受常规护理。在基线和干预后使用父母痛苦量表收集数据，并使用描述性统计和t检验进行分析。结果：本研究显示，在测试后，参加FNI的父母的痛苦得分明显低于对照组（t37.60= -3.45, P = 0.001）。结论：这些发现表明，在未来类似的情况下，FNI可以减轻父母的痛苦。
