Among these compounds, compound 1 was a new amide alkaloid, while compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from Cannabis Fructus for the first time. Some of the isolates were assayed for their α-glucosidase inhibitory activity. 摘要

采用硅胶柱层析、MCI柱层析和半制备高效液相色谱法从大麻果70%乙醇提取物中分离得到8个酰胺类生物碱(1-8)。通过核磁共振和质谱等波谱方法鉴定其结构为麻草酰胺A(1)、N-[(4-羟基苯基)乙基]甲酰胺(2)、N-乙酰乙基乙基酰胺(3)、N-反式对香豆酰乙基胺(4)、N-反式咖啡乙基乙基胺(5)、N-反式阿魏酰乙基胺(6)、N-顺式对香豆酰乙基胺(7)、N-顺式阿魏酰乙基胺(8)。其中化合物1为新发现的酰胺类生物碱,化合物2和3为首次从大麻果中分离得到。对部分菌株进行了α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性测定。化合物5 ~ 7对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有较强的抑制活性,ic50值在1.07 ~ 4.63 μmol·L~(-1)之间。
