摘要

目的报告一例免疫抑制患者发展为自身免疫性疾病。患者和方法：30岁女性，因原位肝移植史，免疫抑制，发生巨细胞病毒肠道感染和肺泡出血。结果患者PR3 ANCA血清学阳性，归类为肉芽肿合并多血管炎。由于她的病史，我们考虑了诱导和抗cd20维持，在6个月的随访中没有进一步复发。结论免疫抑制患者存在发生自身免疫性疾病的危险因素。
