The Value of Having a Personal Coach

Physician coaching is becoming more commonplace as its value is being recognized by both physicians and organizations. This article sheds some light on what coaching actually is, how it can benefit an individual, and how to go about finding a suitable coach. We hope that more organizations, as well as our cardiothoracic societies, will embrace a coaching mindset in the future.
