摘要

在此，我们报告一例脊髓肌阵挛后超声引导肩胛上神经阻滞。58岁男性患者诊断为右冈上肌腱钙化性腱鞘炎，在超声引导下行右肩胛上神经阻滞术（2%丙洛卡因3ml混合1%利多卡因2ml）。干预10分钟后，患者上肢出现突然、无痛、不自主运动。注射后3个月，不自主运动完全停止。局部麻醉后，不自觉、无痛和短暂的肌肉抽搐可能提示肌阵挛。
