摘要

目的:比较ESCRS在线计算器与射线追踪(目前的金标准)在角膜屈光性晶状体提取(KLEx)后人工晶状体度数计算的准确性。环境:路德维希-马克西米利安大学眼科医院(德国慕尼黑)和SMILE眼科诊所(德国,奥地利)的多中心研究。设计:多中心横断面研究。方法:纳入行SMILE (KLEx)术后白内障手术的患者。使用射线追踪(Okulix)和ESCRS计算器(Barrett True-K - lvc后,hfer - qst后lvc, EVO后lvc)进行人工晶状体屈光度计算。准确度、真实度和精密度进行描述性比较。结果:对7例患者的7只眼进行了分析。EVO术后平均误差最小(-0.24±0.50D),其次是射线追踪(-0.28±0.32D)和hfer - qst术后(-0.36±0.59D)。光线追踪,EVO后lvc和Barrett True-K后lvc在±1.00D内达到100%的精度。射线追踪的平均绝对误差最小(0.35D)。结论:光线追踪和ESCRS lvc后公式改善了人工晶状体度数的计算,强调了对klex后眼的量身定制入路的必要性。
