摘要

一名81岁妇女因严重贫血来我院就诊，诊断为结肠癌升结肠癌并肠系膜上静脉（SMV）肿瘤血栓。mFOLFOX6+贝伐单抗治疗8个疗程后，氟尿嘧啶+亚叶酸钙+贝伐单抗治疗7个疗程，原发病灶及肿瘤血栓缩小。然后我们进行了机器人辅助的右半结肠切除术和包括肿瘤血栓的SMV切除术。患者于术后第19天出院。组织学结果显示SMV内残留肿瘤血栓。患者术后4个月未接受辅助化疗，目前正在观察中。
