Antifungal susceptibility of a collection of Aspergillus fumigatus strains isolated from patients with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis and COVID-19 associated aspergillosis
We assessed the antifungal susceptibility of 86 Aspergillus fumigatus strains by a phenotypic test. Azole sensitivity was compared to a molecular test detecting cyp51A mutations.
