The project development of this Grade II listed building included a general refurbishment, extension and change of use to a luxury hotel. This article describes the key fire safety features that form part of the fire safety strategy for the new hotel. This strategy considered how to meet legislative requirements while supporting the architectural vision and heritage restrictions, and the economic constraints.
