Several investigations have highlighted the link between dysregulated PCD and the initiation of psoriasis. This review aims to outline various forms of programmed cell death pathways, encompassing the psoriasis distinctive features, triggers, implications in psoriasis pathogenesis, and therapeutic opportunities.
