摘要

阴茎的恶性肿瘤并不常见，最常见的是鳞状细胞癌。非霍奇金淋巴瘤发生在一半的患者的结外部位，但在阴茎极为罕见。这里，一个24岁的阴茎肿块是非霍奇金淋巴瘤病例报告。体格检查和影像学检查发现阴茎左侧海绵体远端2厘米病变，并向海绵体近端延伸。在全身麻醉下从左侧海绵体远端切除活检。切除材料的组织病理学检查显示弥漫性大b细胞淋巴瘤伴生发后中心细胞表型。虽然它是罕见的患者表现为阴茎肿块，淋巴瘤累及的可能性应铭记在心。它可以模拟佩罗尼氏病或海绵体血栓形成。
