After HE staining and microscopic observation, it was found that the ectopic pancreatic tissue contained ducts, islets, and acini, thus it was classified as Type I according to Gaspar Fuentes' classification.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>We report an atypical variation of ectopic pancreas, which is located in the left lobe of the liver and the mesentery. This may be associated with certain digestive system diseases such as dyspepsia.
