In article 2402740, Haodong Tang, Jun Tang, Keyu Zheng, Wei Chen, and co-workers present a novel perovskite conversion method (PCM) for fabricating high-quality PbS quantum dots (QDs) using perovskite nanocrystals (PeNCs) as lead precursors. The method improves QD performance by reducing trap density and enhancing charge carrier transport, demonstrated in SWIR photodetectors with significantly higher responsivity and detectivity compared to conventional hot injection methods.
