After massive vaccination against COVID-19, mRNA vaccines have been associated with various possible adverse effects. Among those involving the breast, the most common are ipsilateral axillary lymphadenopathies and transient breast oedema. We present the case of a young woman who developed IGM after mRNA vaccination against COVID-19.
