摘要

目的：报告墨西哥城急诊科（ED）因道路交通伤害（RTI）就诊患者的急性和慢性物质使用情况，以及急性酒精和大麻使用与RTI之间关系的可能影响因素。材料和方法：急诊收治的成人RTI患者（2022年1月至4月）。呼气酒精浓度和六种药物使用唾液筛选试验进行评估。患者还自我报告了他们的酒精和药物使用情况。结果：13.9%的人报告在过去12个月内有酒精使用障碍。急性酒精使用频繁，18.9%呈阳性。我们发现习惯性药物使用和急性药物使用之间有很大的联系。在病例交叉分析中，没有显著的效应修正。结论：进入急诊科时药物使用呈阳性的患者应对其药物滥用习惯进行全面评估，并转介给心理健康专家。
