多中心研究的目的是证明通用变暖协议（UWP）在供体卵母细胞中使用不同的脱氮培养基的有效性，这些卵母细胞先前在单个卵库中玻璃化。2172个卵母细胞（中期II）在Ovobank（西班牙）用Kitazato玻璃化培养基（Kitazato，日本）玻璃化。卵母细胞在三个不同的中心被脱氮。A组：1021个卵母细胞用Kitazato培养基（Kitazato, Japan）去氮；B组：用Irvine培养基（Fujifilm Irvine science， USA）使496个卵母细胞脱胚；C组：655个卵母细胞用RapidWarm Omni培养基（Vitrolife，瑞典）脱氮。研究参数为：存活率、受精率、卵裂率、囊胚率、D+3和D+5移植胚胎的B-hCG阳性率、D+3和D+5移植胚胎的临床妊娠率。C组患者生存率（94%）高于A组（86%）和B组（85%），差异有统计学意义（P值< 0.01）。其余参数：受精率（A:77%, B:74%, C:73%）；解理率（A:83%, B:83%, C:80%）；A:52%, B:58%, C:57%)；D+3期B- hcg阳性胚胎移植率（A: 38%, B:33%, C:33%）；D+5移植胚胎B- hcg阳性率（A:54%, B:76%, C:65%）；D+3移植胚胎的临床妊娠率（A:27%, B:13%, C:18%）；D+5移植胚胎临床妊娠率（A:39%, B:57%, C:60%）。卵母细胞脱氮培养基应始终来自同一供应商的想法是值得怀疑的。因此，用相同的玻璃化培养基玻璃化供体卵母细胞，使用不同的非玻璃化培养基是可行的。
