一位69岁男性系统性硬化症合并间质性肺炎，表现为右上肺叶异常影。对右上肺叶病变行胸腔镜穿刺活检，通过16S rRNA和rpoB基因测序鉴定马尔默氏分枝杆菌。手术治疗获得根治，切除标本中检测到肺鳞状细胞癌和马尔默氏分枝杆菌感染。我们在此报告首例成功治疗肺部马尔默氏分枝杆菌感染并伴有肺鳞状细胞癌的病例。
