We obtain the infinitely-many conservation laws and the <i>N</i>-Fold Darboux-dressing transformation. Via the <i>N</i>-Fold Darboux-dressing transformation, we give the one-, two- and <i>N</i>-dark-bright soliton solutions, and the first and <i>Nth</i>-order breather solutions. We obtain the infinitely-many conservation laws and the N-Fold Darboux-dressing transformation. Via the N-Fold Darboux-dressing transformation, we give the one-, two- and N-dark-bright soliton solutions, and the first and Nth-order breather solutions.
