An increasing number of studies have suggested that B cells play an important role in the pathogenesis of nephrotic syndrome.</p><p><strong>Summary: </strong>Idiopathic nephrotic syndrome is a common kidney disease in children. While previously believed to be primarily caused by T-cell disorders, recent research has shifted its focus to B cells. Studies have shown that B cells play a significant role in the pathogenesis of NS, potentially even more so than T cells.
