PAD4 Inhibitor-Loaded Layered Double Hydroxide Nanosheets as a Multifunctional Nanoplatform for Photodynamic Therapy-Mediated Tumor Metastasis Treatment (Small 50/2024)
Tumor Metastasis Treatment
PAD4 inhibitor-loaded DR-CoMo-LDH nanosheets can generate ROS under 1270 nm laser irradiation, effectively killing tumor cells and inducing immunogenic cell death. Additionally, laser irradiation facilitates the release of PAD4 inhibitor, which suppresses NETs formation, thereby exerting a synergistic PDT/immunotherapy effect.
