The article was submitted as part of a guest-edited special issue. Following publication, it has come to the attention of the journal that parts of the methods in the article lack sufficient detail such that the research cannot be reproduced. A relevant discussion and discrimination for different cardiovascular diseases is missing. The editors have therefore decided to retract this article.
