This broadband filtering PA employs a terminated coupled line structure, which consists of coupled line segments and four terminations loaded on them for obtaining high efficiency over a wide frequency band. Also, a detailed theoretical analysis and calculation of the proposed termination coupling line structure is given. The filter plays the role of filtering and impedance matching simultaneously, and thus high-order harmonics of the filtering PA are suppressed. For verification, the proposed PA is designed, fabricated, and measured. 本文介绍了一种基于连续 F 类模式的滤波功率放大器(PA)。这种宽带滤波功率放大器采用了端接耦合线结构,由耦合线段和加载在耦合线段上的四个端接组成,可在宽频带内获得高效率。此外,还对所提出的终端耦合线结构进行了详细的理论分析和计算。该滤波器同时起到滤波和阻抗匹配的作用,从而抑制了滤波功率放大器的高阶谐波。为了进行验证,我们设计、制造并测量了所提出的功率放大器。测量结果表明,在目标频段内的漏极效率为 60.5%-69.8%,增益超过 10 dB,输出功率为 40.2-42.4 dBm。
