Cystoma from 26.06.2023\" is described. According to the MRI of the small pelvis with intravenous contrast, the prostate volume was 557 cm3. The patient underwent a laparoscopic ovarian adenomectomy. Intraoperative blood loss was 500 ml, and the operation time was 3 hours and 25 minutes.The postoperative period passed without complications due to conservative therapy. The maximum urination rate reached 33 ml/cek.
