Most participants (53.4%) lacked prior education in radiation protection. Concerningly, 70.7% did not use dosimeters during theater radiography, which is a requirement for radiation protection. No significant association was found between participants' allocated hospital and the level of knowledge, but a significant association (p = 0.027) was found between participants' allocated hospital and adherence levels. Conclusion: The findings suggest inadequate knowledge and adherence to radiation protection.
