摘要

通过锥束 CT、三维注册融合成像和电磁导航支气管镜引导下的热消融联合治疗右肺中叶的一个结节,手术持续了 90 分钟,支气管镜下未观察到明显出血。患者术后恢复良好,仅有少量痰中带血,无气胸等并发症,术后第一天胸部CT复查显示消融区完全覆盖病灶,顺利出院。
