Numerical simulation of a solar cell based on the heterojunction of nanocrystalline films of zinc oxide modified with cobalt oxide (Co3O4)1 – x (ZnO)x and cobalt oxide (Co3O4) formed by solid-phase pyrolysis is carried out.
