A decrease in the average molecular weight and iodine index of KMF irradiated was observed. The CGO irradiated undergoes more unsaturated, and no significant changes (<i>p</i> < 0.05) were observed for the physicochemical properties studied. The thermal degradation behavior of KMF is different from CGO due to its higher saturation degree.
