However, evaluation revealed calcific myonecrosis of the hip joint and adjacent muscles as the cause. Both patients improved with intensive rehabilitation. Loss of Ambulation Due to Calcific Myonecrosis: A Rare but Reversible Complication of Wilson's Disease.
