The standardized application of chemotherapy and transplantation have improved the prognosis of patients, while the unmet therapeutic needs still exist. Recently novel immunotherapies including Bispecific T cell Engager develop rapidly, offering more options for ALL treatment and also demanding higher requirements for clinical diagnosis and treatment management.
