摘要
多发性骨髓瘤（MM）是一种预后较差的疾病，目前有关该病并发心脏手术的报道很少，在接受心脏手术时，该病可导致各种围手术期并发症，如凝血功能缺陷导致的出血倾向、血液粘稠度改变、免疫功能低下和骨髓功能不全等。近年来，随着微创心脏手术（MICS）的普及，避免胸骨切开术已成为一种选择。我们报告了一例因主动脉瓣反流并发 MM 而采用 MICS 手术进行主动脉瓣置换的 70 岁男性病例。
