Various treatment modalities, such as dental mousse, sealing, laser therapy, and crown therapy, demonstrated significant reductions in hypersensitivity individually (p < 0.05).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The treatment methods that offer the most effective reduction in hypersensitivity are sealing with resin composite or glass ionomer cement for mild cases of MIH, while crown therapy is more effective for severe cases of MIH. Desensitization treatment in MIH-affected teeth: a systematic review.
