Christoffel–Darboux Formula for Polynomial Eigenfunctions of Second-Order Linear Differential Equations
Abstract
Using recurrence relations between any three consecutive polynomial eigenfunctions of
second-order linear differential equations, the Christoffel–Darboux formulas are derived for the
system of polynomial eigenfunctions of these equations.
