A low carbon scheduling method for cascade hydropower HVDC flexible delivery system is proposed. Finally, taking the cross-regional transmission system of cascade hydropower station as an example, the model proposed in this paper is compared with the high-low binary transmission of traditional HVDC system. 摘要

我国是水电资源丰富的国家,通过高压直流系统输送西南水电可以实现大范围的资源优化配置,但传统的高压直流输电方案往往以高低二值运行,难以充分发挥高压直流输电的灵活性,增加了电力系统的碳排放和运行成本。为充分挖掘高压直流输电方式的灵活性,降低系统碳排放,本文基于水电通过高压直流系统送往受端系统的场景,综合考虑受端火电机组低运行成本和二氧化碳排放、高压直流系统过载能力、高压直流系统无功补偿成本等因素,建立了混合整数编程模型。提出了一种梯级水电高压直流柔性输送系统的低碳调度方法。最后,以梯级水电站跨区输电系统为例,将本文提出的模型与传统 HVDC 系统的高低二元输电进行了比较。结果表明,本文提出的调度模式和高压直流系统的灵活运行可以促进新能源的消纳,减少系统的二氧化碳排放,实现低碳和经济运行并重的调度目标。
