Typology and classification of management decisions is necessary to clearly define the characteristics of decisions made at various levels of the organization, and on this basis to formulate requirements for decision-makers, as well as for the information that they should receive. In the process of managing organizations, a huge number of very diverse decisions are made that have different characteristics.
