Results: There were 14 cases (31.11%)  of linear blood vessels, 10 cases (22.22%) of dotted blood vessels, eight cases (17.78%) of reticular blood vessels, seven cases (15.56%) of short rod-shaped blood vessels, three cases (6.67%) of mixed-type blood vessels, and three cases (6.67%) of uniform red background pattern. According to the results of dermoscopy, the effective rates of six types of blood vessels, linear blood vessels, dotted blood vessels, reticular blood vessels, short rod-shaped blood vessels, mixed-type blood vessels, and uniform red background pattern were 71.43%, 100%, 62.50%, 100%, 66.67%, and 33.33%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). 摘要

目的研究葡萄酒色斑患儿皮肤镜下血管形态与激光疗效之间的关系。方法从 2023 年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月,选取我院 43 名 3 至 18 岁患有葡萄酒色斑的儿童。使用 Optimex 皮肤镜(美国 Cynosure 公司,型号:M393)观察血管形态和临床疗效。结果线状血管 14 例(31.11%),点状血管 10 例(22.22%),网状血管 8 例(17.78%),短杆状血管 7 例(15.56%),混合型血管 3 例(6.67%),均匀红色背景图案 3 例(6.67%)。皮肤镜检查结果显示,线状血管、点状血管、网状血管、短杆状血管、混合型血管和均匀红色背景图案六种血管的有效率分别为 71.43%、100%、62.50%、100%、66.67% 和 33.33%。差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论脉冲染料激光对波特酒渍的治疗效果随血管形态的不同而不同,对点状、短杆状和线状血管的效果较好。
